Welcome to our Library! The Terms and Conditions outlined below governs the Round Robin Audio Content that you Download. Please read these Terms carefully. By Downloading or using any Content (Music Tracks and/or Sound Effects), you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

We offer several options for Licenses:

Free License  

With our Free License you can use our music after downloading for your project (Educational Use, High School or Undergraduate Student Films, YouTube, Vimeo, Social Media, Twitch, Live Streaming) in perpetuity as long as you credit Round Robin Audio and the Composer of the track(s) and/or effect(s) you have licensed! All music through our Free License are Royalty Free and Non-Exclusive. 

FREE LICENSE TERMS: 

  • You cannot Claim or redistribute our music as your own. 

  • You cannot register our music in any store/platform. 

  • You cannot make remixes or songs with our music. 

  • You can use our music for videos for Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) but you cannot register our music to the Facebook Rights Manager service (that will keep other users from using our music). 

  • License Time: In Perpetuity 

 

Standard License  

Our Standard License is a non-exclusive, non-refundable, non-transferrable license that allows you to use our music after purchase, in perpetuity, for your project (for Short Films and Documentaries under 30 minutes, Graduate Student Films, Podcasts, Audiobooks, Music on Hold, Public Show, Theatrical Performance, Live Dance Performance, Fitness Classes) as long as you credit Round Robin Audio and the Composer of the track(s) and/or effect(s) you have licensed. 

 

STANDARD LICENSE TERMS:  

  • You cannot claim or redistribute our music as your own. 

  • You cannot register our music in any store/platform. 

  • You cannot make remixes or songs with our music. 

  • You can use our music for videos for Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) but you cannot register our music to the Facebook Rights Manager service (that will keep other users from using our music). 

  • License Time: In Perpetuity 

 

Pro License 

In addition to the uses granted by the Standard License, the Pro License allows for our music to be used after purchase in perpetuity for: Internet Advertising, Local TV/Radio Advertising, Internal Corporate Use, Video Games, Mobile Applications, CD, DVD or other physical support. Films destined for public screenings, festivals, or broadcasts during public entertainment events for which an entrance fee is paid. Credit to Round Robin Audio and composers is required, except for Internet Advertising and Local TV/Radio Advertising. 

PRO LICENSE TERMS: 

  • You cannot claim or redistribute our music as your own. 

  • You cannot register our music in any store/platform. 

  • You cannot make remixes or songs with our music. 

  • You can use our music for videos for Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) but you cannot register our music to the Facebook Rights Manager service (that will keep other users from using our music). 

  • License Time: In Perpetuity 

 

Commercial License – 1 YEAR 

In addition to the uses granted by our Pro License, our Commercial License allows for our music and sound effects to be used after purchase in National and International TV or Radio Advertising for 1 Year. Credit to Round Robin Audio and composers is optional. 

COMMERCIAL LICENSE TERMS 

  • You cannot claim or redistribute our music as your own. 

  • You cannot register our music and/or sound effects in any store/platform. 

  • You cannot make remixes or songs with our music. 

  • You can use our music and/or sound effects for videos for Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) but you cannot register them to the Facebook Rights Manager service (that will keep other users from using our music). 

  • License Time: 1 Year


Sound Effects License  

Our Sound Effects License is a non-exclusive, non-refundable, non-transferrable license that allows you to use our sound effects after purchase, in perpetuity, for any media now known or hereafter devised. Credit is optional, but very much appreciated! (See below for how to credit Round Robin Audio)  

SOUND EFFECTS LICENSE TERMS:  

  • You cannot claim or redistribute our sound effects as your own. 

  • You cannot register our sound effects in any store/platform. 

  • You can copy, edit, modify, manipulate, couple, synchronize, sample, make remixes, or songs with our sound effects. 

  • You can use our sound effects for videos for Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)  

  • License Time: In Perpetuity 


How to Credit Composers and Round Robin Audio 

Example for Internet based Credit:
